80 Ann has been collaboratively designed, offering superior connectivity and ‘breathable’ spaces for improved wellness and focus. The approach has been to create a very ‘New Queensland’ workspace, built on the core design features of abundant light, natural space and local greenery. The architecture ensures 80 Ann’s status as an iconic destination, while the advanced technology and flexible, adaptive design provides a future-proof pathway to growth and innovation. Created in close collaboration with its anchor tenant Suncorp, this workspace will become an enduring benchmark for sustainability and efficiency.
